dear guest, after 11pm there is the possibility of late check in for a fee. from 11pm to 1am the cost is €50 from 1.00 onwards the cost is €80. Best regards.

Our family junior suite, is a 25m2 room with a single but very comfortable bathroom (it is about 6m2 BIG), king size bed plus a single bed or baby cot (for children from 0 to 17 years) all in one comfortable environment.

The junior suite has a single bedroom of about 25 m2, with a king size double bed and a single bed or a cot (obviously depending on the age of the child).

Very modern and clean room located in a nice area of Rome. Walking distance to cute cafes and even not too far from attractions. Very modern and clean with comfortable bed and great TV - A nice bonus when getting out of the heat for a while. Owners/managers are very attentive and kind. We had a little trouble finding it but Manager helped us and even gave us some tips for places to eat! We appreciated all of her help and the great service they provided to us. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome! I wouldn't stay anywhere else if we return for another visit :)

Best hotel ever!

The staff were absolutely amazing! Diego and Benjamin went above and beyond on multiple occasions to assist us in finding good places to visit etc. The rooms were stunning and smelt amazing! The rooms were cleaned everyday and the towels and mini fridge were restocked everyday completely free of charge. You definitely get what you pay for with this place and I will definitely be coming back when staying in Rome again!

Probably one of the best experiences we've ever had. The hospitality of the staff, especially Diego, was incredible, he would do anything to make sure all is ok - and even more. The room was spacious, very clean and smelled really nice :) Room cleaned on daily basis, towels changed daily as well - even slippers were provided. Mini bar/water refilled daily - which was a nice surprise and we also received a voucher for our first breakfast in Cafe located nearby. The location is amazing, walking distance to city center, Colosseum and also Vatican. The area provides lot of Cafes, restaurants etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and modern guesthouse in a wonderful location with amazing staff.

This is a guesthouse in an old building in a lovely neighborhood near the largest building in Rome- the Supreme Court. Castle Angelo is also within walking distance and it’s a very easy walk across the bridge to the main tourist attractions. The neighborhood feels safe, with people walking around as late as 11pm getting gelato at the nearby Neve Di latte, which is a must try. I travelled with my 10 year old daughter and every night at 10pm we walked to get gelato there. Thank you Benjamin for the recommendation! The guesthouse has 4 rooms and a reception with the most wonderful and accommodating staff. Everyone is very attentive and friendly and could not be more accommodating.. From calling taxis to giving recommendations and getting comfort items for us (like crème for my coffee), you don’t get this level of service in most 5 star hotels! Benjamin gave us great pizza recommendation as well. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds and nicely stocked minibar and coffee machine. The bathrooms and decor are modern and new. I’ve never stayed at a guesthouse before, and it’s something in between an Airbnb and hotel. This is a good one so don’t hesitate to book.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom but I messaged the owner Diego and Benjamin showed up with a bottle the next day. Another example of how accommodating they are.

Great location and friendly and helpful staff made our trip special.

The staff especially the owner (Diego) were exceptionally helpful as this was our first visit to Rome. The breakfast at the French pastry/restaurant they provided was excellent. Location is well within walking distance of most attractions. Overall a great experience with a comfortable, clean room with excellent service.

3rd floor meant using elevator which was older.

Super clean and fresh room, right in the city center, with a helpful and pleasant host.

Our host Diego met us at the street and drove with us around the neighbourhood to help us find a parking place. After finding the parking spot, Diego helped us carry the baggage to our room. Right of the bat this was a great first impression of our host. We ended up not moving the car at all during our stay, and we paid €12/day, which was a bargain being so close to all the main city attractions. The room itself is on the third floor (with the elevator) of the elegant & authentic Roman building. Our room was cleaned daily, with all the sheets and towels replaced each time. This left us with a feeling of residing in a 5-star hotel. The room is also brand new and it shows. Getting back to a new, clean and properly conditioned room after a hot day on Roman streets never gets old. Even though we didn't choose to include breakfast in our booking, Diego provided us with a voucher for one breakfast at the nearby french restaurant (Le Carré Français). On the last day we go another one. So, we got not one but two proverbial free lunches. And they were amazing. During our stay in Rome we ate at many different places, but it turned out that this french restaurant was the best gastro experience we had while in Rome. Thank you Diego for that.

The bed, although new and super clean was a bit small for me personally, but I'm 6' 3" (~190cm) and kinda heavy. So, unless you're cut out like a bear you'll be fine. Due to the heat wave we opted for taking a rest in the room at around noon. The rast was somewhat spoiled by the room cleaning racketing coming in from the lobby. The rest of the day was quiet and pleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay in Elegantia Luxury Rooms. The hotel is located perfectly. You only need to walk like 5 minutes to Vatican and 10 minutes to the Spanish Steps so you can reach everything without having a car. The staff of the hotel is very very friendly and supportive. We would highly recommend this hotel!

excellent, trouble free, convenient location and great communication with our hosts.

the property is very clean and modern in a fabulous location surrounded by great restaurants and just a short walk over the bridge to main Rome attractions and centro. our host Danielle went over the top to make sure everything was perfect so we could enjoy our stay. He is very generous with how he supplies the apartments. There is daily cleaning and an elevator in a very secure building. we would definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful experience!! I can’t recommend it enough!

The owner, Diego, was so welcoming and such a gracious host. Benjamin was also very welcoming. The hotel is gorgeous and in the perfect location with lots of places to visit nearby, as well as some amazing restaurants. The bathroom was large and the shower was great. The minibar items were included in my stay, including beer and rose, which was an unexpected treat. The rooms are beautifully decorated and there are only a handful of rooms. I loved my stay and will tell anyone visiting Rome to stay there, and I hope to be back soon!

We had a complimentary breakfast the first day. Even though we didn't order breakfast. We had a full minibar , free of charge, which was filled again while our stay. The room was Cristal cleaned every day. The room is in walking distance to everywhere. What else could you ask ?
